Patrick Muldowney began his career at Kemper Insurance Companies in 1993. He is currently First Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Alliant Insurance Services. The agency is the largest specialty brokerage in the U.S., focused on construction, public entity, education, real estate, healthcare, tribal nations and legal professionals.
