Commercial property insurance is one of your business customers' greatest concerns. You'll improve your cross-selling abilities with up-to-date knowledge of commercial property coverage, and reduce E&O exposures. This course gives you the skills to address these issues with greater ease and confidence.

Topics Include: Fundamentals of Commercial Property Insurance, Building and Personal Property Coverage Form, Causes of Loss Forms, Basics of Time Element Insurance, Basics of Commercial Inland Marine Insurance.

**Exam is NOT required for CE credit.**

The virtual classes will count for both state CE and designation credit. The exam requirements remain the same and the exam is only required for those pursuing a new designation.
For those taking the exam, you will do so online. The exam window will be open beginning at 4:15 p.m. the day of the class through Thursday at 11:59 p.m. CST the week following the class. Specific instructions on the exam including proctoring of the exam, and completion information will be distributed during the course.

She speaks frequently on Cyber and Executive Risk topics to professional organizations and as a panelist in webinars. Nominee for Women to Watch in Cyber 2021, she is a continuing education instructor in the Midwest for the Risk & Insurance Education Alliance, the Greater Cincinnati Insurance Bureau, and the Ohio Independent Agents.
