Jamey Alwood has a comprehensive background in the insurance industry, beginning his career in 2001 at an independent agency in Schaumburg, Illinois. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in various roles across multiple insurance carriers, including Travelers, American Modern, Erie Insurance, and Mercury Insurance.

In 2019, he joined RLI as a Senior Account Executive focusing on Personal Umbrella insurance, and he has since advanced to the position of AVP of Strategic Accounts and Distribution. Jamey is an alumnus of Southern Illinois University Carbondale and has furthered his education through the Westfield Insurance TAPP program and the Hartford School of Insurance. He also holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation from the National Alliance. Jamey resides in suburban Chicago with his wife Angela and their three children: Maddy, Katie, and Danny.

Ashley Durchholz has been with RLI since 2001 and brings more than two decades of experience supporting the Personal Umbrella product.

Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of roles supporting the Personal Umbrella line, developing deep expertise across both processing and service functions. Most recently, Ashley transitioned into an Account Executive role, where she leverages her extensive product knowledge and operational background to support agency partners and drive strong customer outcomes.

Ashley is based in Peoria, Illinois, and works out of RLI’s corporate headquarters.
