Learn how to help commercial clients navigate critical issues, such as cyberthreats and crime from both property and casualty perspectives.  In the CIC Commercial Multiline course, learn how to identify Commercial Inland Marine, Crime, Cyber and Employment Practices exposures. The course will also help you learn about the types of coverage available to address these exposures as you develop insurance programs for your clients.

Topics Include: Commercial Inland Marine Concepts & Coverages, Employment Practices Liability Insurance, Crime Coverages & Endorsements, Cyber Exposures and Coverages, Excess Liability/Commercial Umbrella Coverages.

**Exam is NOT required for CE credit.**

The virtual classes will count for both state CE and designation credit. The exam requirements remain the same and the exam is only required for those pursuing a new designation.
The exam will no longer be given at the conclusion of the seminar. Participants will take an online exam the week following the course in a testing window open Monday at 12:01 am through Thursday at 11:59 pm. Specific instructions will be sent to each participant.

Chappy Chapman is Chief Growth Officer of Correll Insurance Group, a privately held independent insurance agency with offices South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas and Mississippi.

Prior to joining Correll, Chappy was an account executive with Riley & Associates, an independent insurance agency that has been in operation in the Charleston area since 1936. Before joining Riley & Associates, for six years, Chappy served as General Manager of White Insurance Group, an independent insurance agency with offices in Black Mountain and Arden, North Carolina.

He began his insurance career in 1974, after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of South Carolina. The majority of Chappy's experience has been in the Independent Agency System; however, he has spent time on the company side as Marketing Manager of Old Charleston Insurance Company and Branch Manager of Medical Mutual Insurance Company of North Carolina.

Additionally, Chappy has served as Director of Education for the Independent Insurance Agents of South Carolina. He is a member of The Alliance National Faculty and is an Educational Consultant of the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors. He earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1980 and his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 1982.

Cathy Trischan has been with the E&K Agency in Eatontown, New Jersey since 1996, currently serving as Director of Commercial Underwriting. She began her insurance career upon graduation from Rutgers University in 1987. She has worked as a claims adjuster for a major property and casualty carrier as well as in the commercial departments of several large, New Jersey agencies.

In addition to her work with E&K, Cathy provides education and consulting services to other agents, brokers and insurance companies. Sheis a National Faculty member of The National Alliance, and a regular speaker for the Professional Insurance Agents (PIA). She has taughtboth pre-licensing and continuing education courses for PIA, Brookdale Community College and other institutions. She has written courses and articles on various insurance topics and has served as an expert witness.

Cathy holds several professional designations including CPCU, CIC and CRM. She received an Award for Academic Excellence from the Insurance Institute of America and is a participant in the CPCU Society's Continuing Professional Development program.
