Class times are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm both days, with a 60-minute lunch break as well as 10-minute breaks each hour.

Registration fee includes book, online flash cards, quiz, and access to instructors after the program.

Brett Gerger, CIC
Brett has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry as a regulator. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Illinois at Springfield and in 2021 earned his CIC designation.

Brett currently serves as the Director of Education & Agency Resources with the Big I Illinois.

Lance Grady became a licensed insurance producer in 2010 and immediately started working in a captive agency with his dad. After his dad’s retirement in 2021, Lance and his brother started The Grady Agency, an independent agency in Mount Sterling, IL. The Grady Agency now has two locations with four producers. Lance is passionate about helping clients understand their insurance products and making sure they are covered properly. Additionally, he operates LG Realty, a thriving real estate and property management business, and 92916 LLC, a real estate holding company.

Outside of work, Lance is active in his church and serves on boards and committees of numerous not-for-profit organizations.

Lance and his wife Renee live in Mt. Sterling with two boys, Kanon and Kohen.
