Commercial property insurance is one of your business customers' greatest concerns. You'll improve your cross-selling abilities with up-to-date knowledge of commercial property coverage, and reduce E&O exposures. This course gives you the skills to address these issues with greater ease and confidence.

Topics Include: Fundamentals of Commercial Property Insurance, Building and Personal Property Coverage Form, Causes of Loss Forms, Basics of Time Element Insurance, Basics of Commercial Inland Marine Insurance.

**Exam is NOT required for CE credit.**

The virtual classes will count for both state CE and designation credit. The exam requirements remain the same and the exam is only required for those pursuing a new designation.
For those taking the exam, you will do so online. The exam window will be open beginning at 4:15 p.m. the day of the class through Thursday at 11:59 p.m. CST the week following the class. Specific instructions on the exam including proctoring of the exam, and completion information will be distributed during the course.

As a seasoned conference speaker, she has been named twice by Training magazine as an Emerging Training Leader. She received Nationwide's CEO Award, holds an Advanced Communicator Bronze from Toastmasters, and is a published author. Christine is active in SITE (Society of Insurance Trainers & Educators) and is a faculty member of the Train the Trainer program, designed to educate insurance training professionals across the U.S. She travels nationally to work with agents, sales managers & underwriters teaching coverage, communications, and sales.

Christine has a Business degree from Oregon State University and received her CIC designation in 2007.
