The 96th Annual Farm Agents Summer Meeting & Golf Outing is the fun summer event for those in the Illinois crop, farm & ag industry to come together for networking, education, golf, and an industry specific tradeshow. This event draws over 100 agents from throughout Illinois, to have fun with peers, network, and obtain three hours of IL CE credit (Approved).
The FAC Board offers three different levels of sponsorship for our company partners. Each level includes exhibit space during the social hour & four attendees for the event; signage at the event; recognition in the opening presentation and logo placement on the FAC Website. Our events coordinator will reach out to secure all the details once your sponsorship has been received.
- Harvesting Sponsorship options* – Thursday evening social hour appetizers or bar/drinks
- Planting Sponsorship options* – Beverage Cart at Golf; Lunch at Golf Course; Friday Breakfast; Friday Education Session; Friday Break; Lanyards; or Name Badges
- Tillage Sponsor – Meeting Registration Table; Coffee/Donuts at Golf Course; Hole at the Golf Course; or VIP Bourbon Tasting
All sponsorships include: • Exhibit Space During Social Hour (no need to purchase the exhibit separately)
• Up to Four Attendees in Booth
• Signage at Meeting
• Recognition in Opening Presentation
• Recognition in Final Confirmation to Attendees
• Logo placement on FAC event website
• *Sponsorships at the Harvesting & Planting level receive recognition on a hole at the golf course as well.
If you are unable to sponsor but would still like to be a part of the event, a limited number of exhibitor only opportunities are available. Your exhibit registration includes four attendees to the summer meeting.
To Sponsor/Exhibit you will select the item you would like to sponsor on the left-hand side and then complete the details with your contact information. The person completing the form does not need to be the person attending the event. Our team will reach out to coordinate those details.
**New this year – As you select your sponsor/exhibit option there is the option to “Add Guest” which will allow you to purchase golf registrations and/or bourbon tickets for the people attending for your organization and pay for them all at one time. These are separate charges above the sponsorship/exhibit cost. You will need to select “Add Guest” and complete the information for each person, one at a time. Once you complete one, another “add guest” button will appear. If your team does not plan to golf or attend the bourbon tasting, you can skip this step.
